My little girl is obsessed with cats, but she and I are both allergic so we can't have one as a pet. Last year, she made me promise to dress her up as one- so she could be her own pet, and so we did. She picked out her own costume, and told me exactly how to do her whiskers (with eye pencil) and nose (with lipstick). She was the most excited little trick or treating kitty in the neighborhood! It was super simple to put together! A plain black tee with a sparkly tutu and tail, and kitty ears! Her cheeky smile was right on brand too!
