Bert Pope is the proud father of four beautiful children and an advocate for making the world a kinder place. Bert believes that most people do not understand the impact that a small act of kindness can make on the world, so his family built a mobile application called the Awesome App that awards individuals with gift cards for spreading kindness online and in the real world.

Four years ago the Pope family suffered an unimaginable loss when Bert’s wife and the mother of his children was tragically killed in an automobile accident. After the accident, giving to others became therapeutic for the family and aided them in the healing process.

The Pope's wanted to inspire others to give back and spread the joy of giving, so they created a mobile app called 'The Awesome App' that rewards acts of kindness and allows influencers to raise money for charities. Individuals can give Kindness Koins that are redeemable for gift cards to their favorite stores.

Earlier this year, Pope's decided to add a new feature that curates the best "family friendly" TikTok videos and users vote for their favorite creator with Kindness Koins. The winner of the challenge is named the most Awesome TikTok creator, they receive an NFT award and they get to choose what children's charity they want to donate to
