I picked up some garbage at the end of my neighbor’s driveway for my daughter’s first birthday party. An old TV stand turned into the center piece for her birthday party theme – Julianna’s lemonade stand. I love this for a girls birthday party theme. (And you can’t have a party without a theme!)

After measuring how tall the TV stand was, I went to Home Depot and had an employee cut a long slab of wood into as many pieces as he could. What was left over went on the sides. Some pink paint, a printed sign, and four balloons later – a lemonade stand was made!
