I recently came across this infographic and it really resinated with me. I'm a working mum, with a reasonable stressful job, and I often feel completely emotionally and physically exhausted. I always put it down to simply being a fact of like - it's stressful and it's hard - you simply have to deal with it.

This infographic worry me, however. Could I be on the road to burnout? The "warning signs" listed almost feel like they were written for me.

I am tired ALL the time - which leads me to be moody and irritable. I struggle to sleep despite being shattered and I feel anxiety on a daily basis at work.

Does anyone else feel like - particularly working mums and dads?
