It's been 2.5 years since I've dealt with the struggles of "OMG! Why are they awake again?!" or having a newborn stare directly into my eyes the entire 45 minutes I attempt to rock them to sleep at 3 a.m.
Before my bedtime routine became "GO BACK TO BED, AMALAH!", I learned a special technique from some parent friends of mine. Whenever my baby slept, I dropped what I was doing and passed all the way out. All. The. Way.
This is what I did:
