I want to hear more about how she overcame her mental health struggles like postpartum depression and anxiety and less about how she got her body back.
I want to hear more about how she was able to find her balance with a newborn and less about how she got her body back.
I want to hear more about her feeding journey and support her through that and less about how she got her body back.
I want to hear more about how her and her partner reconnected after baby and less about how she got her body back.
I want to hear more about how she mentally felt like herself again and less about how she got her body back.
I want to hear more about how she conquered the overwhelming loneliness and less about how she got her body back.
I want to hear about how she found her strength and learned what she was made of and less about how she got her body back.
Because to be honest,
between bonding with your newborn and her siblings,
learning to trust yourself,
taking the bad days in stride,
learning how to deal with feeling overwhelmed,
the least important thing is how she got her body back.
So, tell me about ANYTHING but that.
