Hiding in bushes, digging in trees, At the highest place, that’s where I’ll be.
I’m not on the playground or there on the swings, I’m not in the party room or sitting down for tea,
Over in the corner, in the back of the yard, With a collection of special rocks, bark and yarn,
Under the bed with a piece of wrapping paper, A few little gems, I’ve hid for later.
I look at the sky with the biggest smile, I will stay here content and laugh for a while.
Yes I am there with all the other kids, Watching and observing in my own unique way, I may seem quite happy but I don’t want to play.
Jumping and flapping, Making sounds like “YEEEEEEEEEEEEE”, Lining up dinosaurs, that’s where I’ll be.
Running through the shops clapping and loud, You may think I’m odd but I’m incredibly proud.
You see, yes I am different and it’s something you might just like. Because different is fun, its bubbly and its BRIGHT.
