I am a mom on a budget and I love being funny and entertaining so I decided I’d try to put together funny costumes for my kids and do so spending and buying very minimal! Here are my kiddos Sophia and Sawyer who are 18 months and 1 day apart dressed as Wayne and Garth from Wayne’s World! We used clothing the two of them had around the house. Bought a pair of sunglasses for 2$ from a second hand children’s store and popped out the lenses. I spent 10$ on the wig and 9$ on the hat from amazon. Total cost for both kids Halloween 21$!
