May 11, 2015 at 10:10 in the morning I became a mom for the first time to a 6lbs 9 oz, and 17 inches long baby girl via c- section. I had a c-section because they told me she was breeched, and I was 39 weeks along. Everything was going fine until 3:20 in the morning. 17 hours after she was born. A doctor and nurse came into my room and told me that my baby stopped breathing, and that she might have had a seizure. They brought her back to life, but she had to go into the NICU. She stayed in the NICU were she was born for a week, then she was taken to children's for 3 more days. She had to many test done on her to see what happened. Most of the doctors were not sure what happened to her. some nurses said that I might have only been 35 weeks along, and that she didn't know how to suck or swallow on her on yet. Every time that told us that we were going to be able to bring her home she would stop breathing, and they would add more days to her staying in the NICU. she finally got to come home May 21, 2015. She is now a hyper 2 1/2 years old, and hasn't had any breathing problem since that horrifying day.
