We all have it. We ALL know it drives us crazy. So why can't ANYONE in our house get the dang toilet paper changed?!?! It's a brutal battle. I mean, we know it could be worse (like PEEING on the seat?!!?). But let's face it. Whoever the culprit is in your life, they could use a little lesson once in a while, right?
