There is almost 7 years between my daughter and son and I fell into the new Mom trap of buying more than I needed for the second time. I am due any day now with identical twin boys and have had to be very frugal with my spending and figuring out what truly is a must have. Wipey warmers and expensive diaper genies are not musts. However a good diaper pail that is more like a garbage can and don't require multiple steps to dispose of diapers and muslin swaddle blankets are at the very top of my list! The muslin swaddle blankets work wonders for swaddling (of course), are amazing as nursing cover ups and great for car seats and strollers, not just for tucking around your baby but as a canopy to block lights, sounds and mild weather while still providing good air flow for your little ones
