Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

Toes on my cheeks
Tiny feet in my face
Never let me forget
The beauty of this place

A place of playful giggles
Of innocence and cheer
A place where his childhood
Is held so very near

Near to my face
But even nearer to my heart
I know he’s growing up
But I’m not ready for that part

It’s too easy to lose sight
Of the beauty in each day
Of his smile and his questions
His imagination while he plays

I’ll sit here and I’ll laugh with him
Stinky feet kicking my chin
Because I know time is fleeting
And I know where it all began

Toes on my cheeks
Tiny feet in my face
Never let me forget
The beauty of this place

Love & Hugs,
