We have a lot of different animals living at and around our home but the chickens are definitely my daughter Sadie’s favorite.

Every morning first thing she runs out back to say “ Good Morning Chickens” and every night we go out back so she can say “ Good Night “ to them all.

Her favorite is the brown rooster above whom she’s named “ Kenny “.

Taking care of chickens has taught her responsibility as she gives them food and water daily and it allows myself to watch her love and be compassionate towards our feathered friends.
