With a big push to normalize breastfeeding from moms nationwide (even celebrities like Alyssa Milano and Sarah Stage), breastfeeding selfies, aka brelfies, are popping up on everyone's social media feeds. I've taken a bunch myself, but that's because nursing wear is my business (Udderly Hot Mama nursing wear). My hubby was not too pleased when he saw a picture of me feeding my son on Instagram. He compared it to a man posting pics of his genitals. But I think of the picture as a celebration of the special bond my baby and I have. I'd love to get other mamas' thoughts on whether the #brelfie is celebratory or TMI.
