In recognition of all things related to fatherhood, we Americans proclaim the third Sunday in June to be devoted to the celebration of Dads, Daddies, Pops and Paw-paws. Father’s Day has been a tradition in our country for many years—maybe somewhat in the shadow of Mother’s Day in terms of notoriety, but nonetheless a set-aside time to honor the noble profession of Fatherhood. Actually, we at LittleHoots like to think of it as “Dad’s Day”—any male can become a Father, but it takes a special kind of man to be a DAD. LittleHoots wants to get the word out that we think, yes, Moms, Mommies, Mamas and Mee-maws are often the lights of our kid’s lives, but of equal brilliance are their dads…and what better way to express this than through the mouths of those very kiddos??? SO, without further ado, we present some of the best and brightest Dad-isms from LittleHoots— the mobile app that captures and styles all these gems. What do fathers do best, you ask? They become Dads.
