My advice to any pregnant woman is for sure working out and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle! Unless your Dr puts you on bed rest, you absolutely CAN and should work out while pregnant, as it makes those 40 weeks much easier and more pleasurable 😊
Do ask your Dr or health care provider what workouts are best for your body, and if they don’t know, consider getting a Health Coach.
Our job is tailoring workouts to your specific body’s needs, through every stage of life, even pregnancy!!
And our goal is keeping you safe by ensuring you are in the correct positions and you’re not over doing it.
Working out regularly leads to being able to carry the extra weight more comfortably, less time pushing, healthier babies who tend to sleep and nurse better, higher Apgar scores, not to mention, a healthier happier mama 😊
