Get ready, because this parenting hack is about to save those of you with a little one running around a ton of time every day! Every... single... day... after your baby starts to eat solids.

THE CHALLENGE

If you're like every other parent on the planet, you know it's difficult trying to find balance. I have work to do, chores to do and I want to work out on my virzoom vr bike, but above all I have to be putting in the time needed to do what's most important, raising my daughter and loving on my beautiful wife. That's why it's always been a bit irksome to me that feeding a little baby solids can end up meaning tons of time spent preparing the food, getting out all the utensils, putting the baby in a bib, feeding the baby carefully for a long time only to find need to spend an hour cleaning up after and then giving a bath to the little one to get that sticky food out from every crevice. To me as a dad, nothing took up more time than a messy feeding (most of them) so I knew there had to be a better way.

THE SOLUTION

Step 1. Take the child's favorite bottle and expand the size of the nipple slightly (can be done easily with a knife, scissors or a pin)

Enlarge the Nipple

Step 2. Take some coconut water or purified water and fill the bottle to approximately 8 ounces.

Add some water

Add water!

Step 3. Add your favorite organic baby food package

Step 4. Shake vigorously, it's the only work you'll need to do this feeding!

Shake it! Just Shake it!

Step 5. Hand bottle to baby, or feed yourself if you're hungry, then collect the smiles.
