I laugh super loud and never say no to tacos. I also happen to be a speaker, an author, an educator, a therapist, a wife, a mama, a teacher, and a lover of all things outdoors. I began writing to create a community for parents of extreme children (those with behavioral and mental health needs) because there were no real resources when our son was diagnosed and it was painfully isolating.
