Kiva is the Founder + CEO of The Jai Institute for Parenting, established and 2011 to train certified parenting coaches in emotional intelligence, conscious communication, and brain science. Kiva holds a degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Northeastern University. She is a mom to two (AWESOME) teens and lives in New England.
